To link your User Name to your financial institution, please enter your institution’s FDIC certificate (CERT) number, OTS Docket Number or the Credit Union Charter Number established by the NACU and click find Institution to verify the institution on record.
Our system will confirm whether your institution has a valid depositary contract with the Missouri State Treasurer.

The Missouri State Treasurer’s investment policy requires that a financial institution’s loan to deposit ratio must be in excess of 50% to receive a general time deposit. Please indicate your financial institution’s loan to deposit ratio as of the December 31 call report of the preceding calendar year.

In accordance with Section 30.255 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, the Missouri State Treasurer
must consider a financial institution’s most recent Community
Reinvestment Act (CRA) rating when placing a general time deposit with an
institution.
Please indicate your financial institution’s CRA rating based on the most recent
evaluation.
You must provide the CRA Rating for your institution. If Credit Union, select Not Rated.
