Jefferson City, MO – The Office of the Missouri Treasurer and the Office of the Missouri Attorney General will hold a joint press conference to discuss today’s order from the Cole County Circuit Court regarding case number 25AC-CC05358. The Court denied the Missouri National Education Association’s (MNEA) motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) that sought to pause the disbursement of funds for the MOScholars program.
