HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR CHILD

  Phase 1: Choose your EAO
  • Determine which Educational Assistance Organization (EAO) you need to apply through.
  • EAOs and their associated schools are listed here.

  Phase 2: Submit a pre-qualification application to your EAO
  • The EAO first must determine if an applicant qualifies for the program before a full application is submitted.
  • Submit your pre-qualification application on your chosen EAO’s website.
  • All EAO websites are linked here.
  • Student eligibility requirements are found here.

  Phase 3: Submit a full application
  • The EAO will send a link to the full application, called FACTS, to all qualified applicants.
  • Fill out the FACTS application.
  • All EAO websites are linked here.
  • A guide to the documents needed to complete the application can be found here.

  Phase 4: Receive your application response
  • Applicants will receive an email response as to whether their application is complete or incomplete.
  • Award notices begin in May.
