MOScholars: EAOs
In 2021, the Missouri General Assembly passed HB349 and SB86 that established the Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program, MOScholars. According to the Governing Statutes 135.712-135.719 and 166.700-166.720, the State Treasurers office is required to post the following reports:

- MOScholars Program: Student Outcomes
- Program Data
- Program Demographics and Participation Trends
