Welcome to my interactive on-line application system for Missouri banks and credit unions to request time deposits. As State Treasurer of Missouri, I introduced INVEST IN MISSOURI, a statewide initiative to create and retain jobs and to reinvest more than $1 billion in Missouri communities. This law, which passed unanimously and was signed by Gov. Nixon, allows me to achieve a market rate of return on state deposits and removes the disincentive for me to invest in community banks in the state. As a result of these changes and changes to the Missouri Linked Deposit Program, I will significantly increase the amount of deposits in Missouri financial institutions, therefore allowing more investment in jobs throughout Missouri.

This on-line application system allows qualified financial institutions to easily and efficiently submit requests for deposits from my office. I look forward to working with institutions throughout the state to create and retain jobs and reinvest in communities. Below a financial institution can register to use this system and begin to submit your time deposit requests.
