(Note: On Sept. 28, the state received federal money to fund transportation projects and made MoDOT contractor disbursements. On Sept. 29, the state paid state semi-monthly payroll, employee fringe benefits and withholdings and debt service on bonds. On Oct. 3, the state received federal money to make payments to Medicaid providers.)
