State Treasurer Sarah Steelman To Kick-Off New BELIEVE Program
At Bass Pro Shops’ Outdoor World in Springfield

Program Establishes College Savings Sponsorships for At-Risk Foster Children.

            SPRINGFIELD Mo. – Missouri Treasurer Sarah Steelman will join representatives of Bass Pro Shops for a press conference at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, in Uncle Buck's Auditorium located on the lower level of Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World at 1935 S. Campbell in Springfield.

The purpose of the press conference will be to announce the New BELIEVE Program through which Missouri citizens, businesses, churches and other entities can establish 529 MOST colleges savings accounts for at-risk Missouri foster children.
