We have also provided links to several other government officials who can help you if you have a consumer complaint relating to security fraud or identity theft. The state Division of Finance regulates banks in this state and there link is listed below. Any complaints regarding security fraud should be directed to the Secretary of State and identity theft to the Attorney General.
