Information for Borrowers
Borrowers may complete one of the short and easy Missouri Linked Deposit Program loan applications or apply with a
participating lender. All portions of the application must be completed. Borrowers should submit the application to any
participating lender. The lender will then submit the application to State Treasurer Clint Zweifel’s office. The lender, subject to its
standard credit policy, determines the underlying loan approval prior to applying with Treasurer Zweifel’s office.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Effective April 21, 2011, Treasurer Clint Zweifel
has adopted the HELP system – the Harmed-area Emergency Loan Priority system – to expedite
Missouri Linked Deposit Program loan approvals. Borrowers in counties determined to have been
impacted by disasters will receive 24-hour approval of completed applications.
